A recipient of the Officer of the Order of Niger (OON), his vision drives Lekki Gardens to set the standard in Nigeria’s real estate sector.
Since founding Lekki Gardens in 2012, Dr. Nyong has overseen the development of over 15,000 housing units across Lagos, Ogun, Rivers, and Abuja, with another 25,000 units in progress. Under his leadership, the company has created over 100,000 jobs through its extensive network of contractors, artisans, and service providers.
Dr. Nyong’s leadership has earned him widespread recognition. In 2021, he was conferred with the Officer of the Order of Niger (OON) for his contributions to the growth and transformation of Nigeria’s real estate sector. He has also received several other prestigious awards, including Youngest Most Successful Real Estate Developer and Africa’s Real Estate Personality of the Year.
