Lekki Gardens Estate Limited is a property investment and development firm with core competence in providing quality and luxury homes within a very affordable budget.

We develop projects as residential estate schemes in Nigeria with very strong business presence in the Lekki/Ajah corridors of Lagos State. Our serviced plots and houses are positioned as quality affordable home units with strong value increase potential to the average income earners. We offer to them easy opportunity to maximize future value of their property investment budget as well as a great place to live with recreational facilities, estate management and security benefits.

With 14 real estate projects and over 2000 units of houses delivered in less than 3 years, we remain committed to our vision.

Our premier project, Lekki Gardens is a brand that was birthed in 2012 and has since become a household name. Under the Lekki Gardens Brand name, we have the Phase 1, 2, 3 and 4 projects.

Lekki Gardens Phase 1:
Our first project kicked off in February 2012. Located off Lekki/Epe Expressway, it is a combination of well finished flats and terraces of about 200 units. Within the space of one year, the estate was delivered to subscribers and they have since taken up residence there and are currently enjoying our excellent estate facilities.

Lekki Gardens Phase 2:
Also located off Lekki/Epe Expressway just few minutes from VGC, the Lekki Gardens Phase 2 project is a 50 hectare project comprising well finished flats, terraces and semi-detached houses. The 1st scheme of this project was delivered in July 2013 and subscribers have also taken up residence there. In just 14 months since we started construction at Lekki Gardens Phase 2, over 1000 houses have been completed.

Lekki Gardens Phase 3:
Our most celebrated project yet; Lekki Gardens Phase 3 has as its neighbour the prestigious Lagos Business School. The Lekki Gardens project comprises terraces and semi-detached houses with over 200 houses completed in just 7 month.

Lekki Gardens Phase 4:
This 26-hectare project comprises stylishly designed flats, terraces and semi-detached houses. It is located few minutes from our Lekki Gardens Phase 2 Project, off Lekki/Epe Expressway. While this property is still selling, construction is currently underway to ensure prompt delivery of houses to subscribers.

Lekki Gardens Port Harcourt:
The Lekki Gardens Port-Harcourt project which consists of flats, terraces and semi-detached houses, was launched in November 2013. Within 3 months, Construction has reached 50% completion level with houses at decking stage, roads, fencing and security installations have already completed.


This breathtaking development is tucked away in the serene and exclusive heart of Lekki, just 2 minutes from the Victoria Island-Lekki Toll gate. There are 3 projects under the Horizon name: Horizon 1, 2 and The New Horizon

The Horizon 1:
Just few minutes from the exclusive NICON Town estate lies our first Horizon project. It is currently sold out and made up of 3-storey blocks of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. The Horizon enjoyed strong market followership and was immediately sold out.

The Horizon 2:
The Horizon 2 project has as its neighbours Stillwaters Gardens and Meadow Hall School. This property also enjoyed strong market followership because of its location and the breathtaking views owners will be afforded and sold out in no time. It is made up of well finished flats, terraces and semi-detached houses. The estate already has about 250 houses already 70% completed while the construction of a sewage system and other infrastructure is in full gear.

The New Horizon: Is the latest Horizon project located adjacent Nike Art Gallery. It is an 8-hectare project comprising flats, terraces, semi-detached and fully detached houses. It is currently on sale.


The Lekki Paradise projects consist of 3 projects all located within the Chevron Drive region of Lekki. It is our unique home offering to our very special and savvy clients who want to have a taste and feel of living in palatial homes in the heart of the exclusive Chevron drive, Lekki.

Our first Lekki Paradise project is located off Chevron Drive behind the renowned Scintilla Events Centre. It houses mainly 6-bedroom structures of about 20 units aimed at providing large families the opportunity to live in a more luxurious home within an affordable budget.

Our 2nd Chevron project is located off Chevron Drive behind Eleganza estate. Currently sold out, this estate houses all other house types apart from the fully detached house type.

The Chevron 3 project is a 4.4 hectare property located on Chevron Drive by Lime Ridge Hotel. It is made up of flats, terraces and semi-detached houses.The Lekki Paradise Osapa-London project is made up of all house types and is nestled behind Femi Okunnu Estate.
